PAIR ARRESTED OVER DEATH OF TWO-YEAR-OLD
Two people have been arrested following the death of a two-year-old girl in Birmingham. A 47-year-old man and a woman aged 23 were arrested on suspicion of neglect and have since been bailed pending further inquiries. Police said the incident occurred on Monday morning in Harborne when emergency services received reports of a child in cardiac arrest. The girl later died in hospital. A cause of death has not been determined.
